About Indian Marble

Marble with a timeless look

Marble is a metamorphic stone formed when limestone is changed by heat and pressure. It has been used for temples, palaces and sculpture in India for centuries. The Taj Mahal is the most famous building made from Makrana marble.

Rajasthan is the heart of the Indian marble industry. Quarries around Makrana, Rajsamand and Banswara produce whites, creams and greens in many grades. Jaipur is a leading center for marble trading and craft.

We offer slabs, tiles and cut to size pieces in polished and honed finishes. Each lot is graded by color and veining so the stone you receive matches the stone you approved. Book matched slabs can be arranged for walls and feature areas.
